About exi-tide.com

An independent, medically reviewed buyer's guide to ExiTide.

Written by Rowan Ashby Medically reviewed by Dr. Marisol Vance, PharmD, BCACP Updated 8 September 2026 How we review

exi-tide.com is an independent buyer's guide to ExiTide. We publish the Supplement Facts panel, convert every extract ratio into a raw equivalent, compare every dose to published research, and explain what the formula can and cannot reasonably do — then link to the official checkout for readers who decide it suits them.

Why this site exists

Searching a supplement name returns two kinds of page: sales copy promising transformation, and thin "review" pages repeating the sales copy with a star rating attached. Neither tells you that the berberine in the capsule is 15 mg against a 1,500 mg research dose, or that a 20% resveratrol extract at 12 mg resolves to 2.4 mg of actual resveratrol. That gap is what this site fills.

How we make money

We earn an affiliate commission on qualifying purchases made through links to the official ExiTide store. It costs you nothing extra and does not change the price at checkout. It also does not change what we publish: this site states that berberine is at 1% of its studied dose, that the glucomannan cannot form a satiety gel, and that your guarantee length may depend on how you pay. A page written purely to convert would not say any of that. Full terms are on our affiliate disclosure.

What we will never do

  • Claim a supplement treats, prevents or cures obesity or diabetes
  • Publish an "FDA Approved" badge — no supplement is FDA-approved
  • Invent doses that are not printed on the panel
  • Present before-and-after photographs as evidence
  • Use countdown timers or fake stock counters to rush a decision
  • Hide a caveat because it might cost a sale
