Everything on this page comes from the Supplement Facts panel and from published research on the individual ingredients — not from marketing copy.
ExiTide is a once-daily dietary supplement sold in capsule form under the label "Metabolic Support — Weight Loss Support Capsules". Each bottle holds 30 capsules, the serving is one capsule taken 15 to 30 minutes before a meal, and each capsule carries 442 mg of active ingredients plus 2 billion CFU of probiotic bacteria.
ExiTide is a stimulant-free, fully disclosed metabolic blend built around cinnamon extract, cactus fibre, riboflavin, trace amounts of berberine and glucomannan, and two probiotic species. It is sold direct to consumers from $49 to $79 a bottle. It is nutritional support alongside a calorie deficit — not a medicine, and not a substitute for one.
It belongs to the metabolic-support or "weight loss support" category: supplements combining botanical extracts, vitamins and probiotics around claims of appetite control, metabolism and energy. Legally, ExiTide is a dietary supplement. That classification matters more than most buyers realise. Supplements are not assessed for effectiveness before sale, they cannot legally claim to treat a disease, and the manufacturer — not a regulator — is responsible for what the label says.
What genuinely separates ExiTide from most of this category is the panel. There is no proprietary blend. Every ingredient carries an individual milligram figure, and every extract carries a ratio or a standardisation percentage: cinnamon 10:1, prickly pear 4:1, konjac at 90% glucomannan, turmeric at 95% curcumin, resveratrol at 20%. That is unusual, and it is the reason a real audit is possible on the ExiTide ingredients page.
Eleven lines. Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 25 mg at 1,470% of the Daily Value, Mangosteen Powder 100 mg, Prickly Pear Extract Powder 4:1 100 mg, Cinnamon Bark Extract 10:1 100 mg, Konjac Extract Fibre standardised to 90% glucomannan 50 mg, Alpha Lipoic Acid 25 mg, Turmeric Extract at 95% curcumin 15 mg, Berberine HCl 15 mg, Resveratrol Extract at 20% 12 mg, plus Bifidobacterium breve and Akkermansia muciniphila at 1 billion CFU each. Other ingredients: hypromellose capsule, rice flour, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.
Two things stand out immediately. First, the two ingredients doing the heaviest marketing work — berberine and glucomannan — are present at roughly 1% and 1.5% of their researched amounts. Second, the only ingredient delivered far above a research-relevant amount is riboflavin, which is a B vitamin, not a fat-loss compound.
Current pricing on the ExiTide official website runs from $79 a bottle for two down to $49 a bottle for six, with free US shipping on three- and six-bottle orders.

The realistic buyer is a healthy adult already making a genuine attempt at an energy deficit — eating a bit less, walking a bit more — who wants a simple daily habit that adds fibre, polyphenols, a probiotic contribution and a B vitamin on top. Taken that way, the expectation is reasonable and the product delivers something.
It is not for anyone under 18, anyone pregnant or nursing, or anyone hoping a capsule will produce weight loss on its own. It is also not a GLP-1 medication and shares no mechanism with one, whatever the advertising in this category implies.
Judged against typical metabolic blends, ExiTide's transparency is well above average and its dosing is mostly below the researched levels. Both statements are true at once. A brand that publishes eleven amounts, five extract ratios and two CFU counts deserves credit; the amounts it published are still smaller than the ones in the studies its ingredients are famous for.
There is one more comparison worth making. The support email printed on the label sits on a different domain from the brand, and that same support domain and Colorado address appear behind other supplement offers sold through the same checkout platform. That is ordinary for a seller running multiple brands. It just means the name on the bottle and the entity you would email about a refund are not the same word — worth knowing before you need it.
Read how ExiTide works for the mechanisms, the ingredient and dose analysis for the arithmetic, and the benefits page for what the formula can reasonably support. Our overall verdict is on the ExiTide review.
ExiTide is used as daily nutritional support for weight management, metabolic function, digestion and energy metabolism in healthy adults. It is not used to treat any diagnosed condition.
Neither. It is a dietary supplement, which means it is not assessed for effectiveness before sale and cannot legally claim to treat, cure or prevent a disease. It shares no mechanism with GLP-1 medicines such as semaglutide.
Thirty. The serving size is one capsule daily taken 15 to 30 minutes before a meal, so one bottle covers one month.
